Megan is an incredible teacher and tutor. I know first hand because Megan was my older daughter’s 3rd grade teacher. And my daughter had such a positive experience that I asked Megan to tutor my younger daughter in math. Megan’s tutoring style is the perfect combination of going at the right pace for the student while also providing the right reinforcement to help the learner lean in. She focuses on foundational work such as match facts and makes it fun. Best of all, she provides a safe space for learners to ask questions, get it right, get it wrong and everything in between. Megan is a gem!

Ms O'Donnell is magical and masterful! I have three children who all had the opportunity to have Megan as a teacher and tutor. Early on I noticed the love of writing return to my kids as they filtered through her classroom. The words my kids use to describe Ms. O' Donnell are: Compassionate, engaging, extremely competent, encouraging and talented. She taught them to implement voice into their writing and to start their writings with a "hook" to catch the readers. To this day, I still see the "hook" phrase in their writing. She empowered them to embrace any writing challenge with enthusiasm and confidence within the confines of the rules of a 5 paragraph essay. The enjoyment my kids had with Ms. O'Donnell as their teacher led to summer tutoring of which none of them complained. She would meet with them once a week, masterfully engaging them in their work, and then send them on their way to work on the assignment for the next week's session. It was special to watch. Thank you Ms. O'Donnell for being a part of my kids life journey!
